Works well for me!
Being a post duodenal switch patient (a form of gastric bypass) we find ourselves low on b-1 (thiamin). This helps us with energy and feeling good. I find this digests easily, helps my energy level tremendously, is a great value, and is simple to take a single pill daily. It tastes like nothing as it’s a capsule, and it does not have an aftertaste as it digests.

Might work for you too
I was told by an article I read that B1 was a good vitamin to help with incontinence and I was a bit skeptical of this, but have to confess, after taking it for two weeks, I have definitely seen improvement in this area. I won’t consider it a wonder pill until it’s been longer, but sure looks good right now. It’s a small pill and easy to swallow.
