The instructions were as clear as any other kits I have built. Build was easy and took 3 evenings (after dinner) to complete w/painting. Contrary to other reviews, I found it fairly easy to install 2 LEDs towards the end of the assembly; a yellow one down from the dining room ceiling, and a red flicker type over/behind the counter area. I drilled a hole for each LED, glued them in place, spliced the wires together above the ceiling and ran an extension wire through a 3rd hole between front and rear rooms. Looks great on my train layout - I also have capability to dim all my building lights, which takes out some of the intense/bright looking LEDs. Thought it was a great deal for the size & complexity of the kit.

Great piece, the stickers are orange, not red? Don’t know why, but other than that should be fine. Painting is required SO if you’re aware of that and ready for painting.

I bought this for my brother for his HO train table. He really enjoys making buildings and this one has turned out to be one of his favorites.

Assembly instructions not very good.

Easy to assemble and it's one of the cuter buildings that is available for model railroads. Looks very authentic and the interior detail gives it a realistic touch. This is one of my favorite buildings of all the different ones I have. I don't think you will be disappointed with this at all. It's a great little kit with just enough assembly to make it fun, but not so much as to be overwhelmed. Note that this is one of the few kits that doesn't require any painting to look really good. The only thing I added to mine was some parking stripes in the 3-car parking spot in front.

I dindt have the red paint roof top & the garbage can too & is not that easy to install & also didn’t say I will glue each to attach & it’s quiet cheap quality for the price .. sad
