Great customer service

Product worked great for the first 6 weeks. Unfortunately the speaker stoped working but I contacted Kelvin at their customer service department. We could not figure out what the problem was so he immediately offered to send me a new replacement for free. Amazing and professional customer service. I love the freedom and security this gives my child to play in our neighborhood. We love this product.

Save ur money

Recieved it on the September 11th 2019Gave it to my son after school and by the end of the day the calls was not working he could not understand what we was saying ... it was like if the speaker went out or if he had no signal when he did ... save ur money and look into ticktok3

No battery longevity

SUCKS!!!Only 2 months of light use and the battery will not hold a charge.The app is clunky, at best...Sorry I purchased it...

Worst product and buy ever

Want zero stars. Horrible product. The GPS told me my son was 2 miles away in a corn field when he was sitting right next to me on the couch. The charge lasted only 12 hours. Worst but ever.
