Delicious!
These greens are not very bitter, as you would expect they would be. There are added ingredients in the can, so these tame the bitterness, no doubt. I can eat a whole plate (can) of these with two eggs on top and drizzled with olive oil and a little real butter, and I'm in Heaven. Luckily, I ordered many cans, so I am set for awhile. This is one way to get your greens without the long prep and cooking time.
