Q: Is this product cold or expeller pressed?

I don't think it is, Tina. I looked up this product on the NOW Foods site and it just says "hexane free," which knowing that they use hexane to extract their black currant oil, probably means they use it for this too and just let it evaporate and then claim it's "hexane free" as it has acceptable amounts of hexane left in it. That's legal to do, although not desirable. You might try Nature's Way Cold-Pressed evening primrose. Good stuff and very clean.

Q: Can you reproduce label? I can't find any ingredient amounts listed.

Q: How does it taste when broken open?

Just broke one open and tasted it. At first it tasted like nothing much - just a light oil, but it had slight odd aftertaste that is just slightly bitter and lingering. Nothing overpowering, but different.
