Top quality in design, constuction, and sound
I do not own this product, but I can say that, without a doubt, this is the best sounding cajon I have ever heard. I like it better than any other model by schlagwerk. Also, I have tried or listened to the instruments of pretty much every major cajon manufacturer. I am a semi-pro cajon player. Trust me, once you hear this thing you will never want to play anything else.Unlike most brands, Schlagwerk takes care in the building of each of their instruments. I know from buying meinl, pearl, and LP. You are getting your money's worth.

Bad product
I just two times. Today morning I took to play and I heard a sound inside and looked into it I found the snare fall down. I am really disappointed after paying $450. I feel like I am cheated

As good as you'll get.
After 5 years of playing a Roland El Cajon (review done for this product also) as a gigging performer, I decided it was time to replace it with a new Cajon. For reasons explained in the other review, it would this time, be an acoustic only model as it would be far better for live performance.I did a reasonable amount of research, reading reviews, watching videos and for me, one Cajon was standing out above the rest - this one. It looked exquisite and sounded great. Being a Schlagwerk and in an upper price bracket, I guessed it would be typical German quality too.I wasn't disappointed. This is a lovely Cajon. It sounds superb with great separation between bass and snare. The bass is great especially with the CBT10 Cajon Bass Tube fitted which is a Schlagwerk option. Build quality is superb also. It has an easily removable snare (should you wish to) and a neat little non-slip seat pad which works surprisingly well.The photo is of mine fitted with a Schlagwerk Cajon Foot Pedal and a side attached tambourine.

Super Cajon
Base and snare sound perfect. The sound gets even better as zou continue to play it regularly. I really enjoy playing the Cajon and will certainly recommend this product for anyone seeking to "invest" in a good Cajon.
