Packaging was more than adequate to safeguard the product in shipping.Included items: the glass shield, alcohol swab, wipe cloth, squeegee, and dirt cleaning film.Instructions indicated there would be a suction cup for use when installing on a tablet. Suction cup was NOT included. Instructions for the dirt cleaning film were vague. Didn't realize I had to remove the film to expose the sticky side and use it like a lint brush to remove dirt and stuff.The glass shield protective film did not have wings or handles on it to hold, like the Zagg products. This was a HUGE disappointment. You have to be VERY careful not to touch the sticky side once you remove the first film layer, otherwise you will get your dirty finger prints on it. Had to hold the glass shield on the edges and drop it on top of my iPad. I got lucky. Without tabs you can't easily align the glass to the surface. You just have to hope that it lands centered and square. If it doesn't, you can quickly peel it back up and try again. Careful not to touch the sticky side.Once you got it in position, it's very important to push down on the center and make your way to the outside edges. It's best to do this on a firm surface that has no give.After installation, I let my iPad sit for a few hours, while off. Came back to check on it and it looks awesome and feels awesome.Not a bad price, but could use improvement on install method.

I just installed my intelliglass for the ipad 2/3/4. Overall, I am really happy with how it looks (bubble free) and feels (very smooth). Unlike plastic screen protectors I have used in the past, this one was much easier to install without bubbles. It is too soon to say how durable it will be.The only drawback so far has been the installation instructions. The ipad instructions say to use an included suction cup (which was not in my package) to properly install. Unfortunately, the written instructions were confusing and the video on the website (which only shows installation for an iphone) did not include this step. One additional source of confusion is that the labels on the pieces did not match the terms used in the instructions (for example "dust stickers"). In the end, I just followed the video for the iphone installation and it ended up working in the end.I hope they will use this feedback to improve their instructions in the future and save users a bit of time and confusion. But, overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I really wanted this to work for me. I was tired of the film type screen protectors that get grimey. I bought one of these and it looked great and installed easy. So I ordered a second one for my other iPad. The second arrived shattered but the customer service at intelliArmor was great and sent me another with no hassle. Then two days later, my origianal one shattered while on the iPad with very little force. Again IntelliArmor was great about sending a replacement. Now less than 2 months later, both are cracked all the way across both iPads. These look great and do not detract from picture quality at all before they break. However, they are so fragile, they are useless. Its actually harder to damage the iPad screen than it is these protectors. So if you really baby your iPad these may be fine for you, but then why do you need this in the first place. The only reason I did not give it one star was the great customer serivce I got from intelli Armor in getting replacements for the first 2 broken shields. I could probably get a third replacement, but its getting to be a waste of my time. I can not recommend this product.

This is better than the plastic version of screen protector, but inferior to the Anker glass screen protector. I could not get it to lay flat at the edges, there is a little overhang so there is a little hollow edge around the entire perimeter, and a corner that has an air pocket of my ipad3. I purchased the Anker screen protector for my husbands ipad air, it was 1/2 the price of this one and is perfect ... plus the company did a backflip for us when my husband broke it while he was installing it, and sent a new one out free of charge! If Anker made one for ipad3 I would have returned the intelliglass one without a doubt, since it just doesn't really fit.

It's a glass screen protector that feels much better than any of the plastic ones. It stays fairly clean and it hasn't scratched yet.However a word of warning, if you use a cover be careful. Do not let Smart Cover lids slam closed on the iPad. Close them gently. Even allowing the last 1/3 of the cover close under magnet power took a chip out of the edge of the screen protector. It isn't too bad so I'm not worried about it though

Your company kept me well informed about delivery of product. I have worked with several different films and glass screen protectors I found yours to be the easiest to install of all of them. I have struggled very hard to get all of the air pockets out of other products. Your product requires a reasonable amount of time and energy to assemble. I was also impressed buy the quality of your product. To be honest I spent more money on your product than any others I have delt with. So I was very relieved with the results and feel that I got value for my investment. In the future I will definitely keep your company in mind for needs I may have. THANK YOU!!!!

The glass covers by intelliGLASS are awesome. I had one on my previous iPhone 4 and it wore well for the entire time I owned the phone. When I upgraded to the iPhone 6s (plus), I bought one for the new phone as well as my iPad. These are the best covers, never saw a scratch. It comes with everything you need to prepare you for installation. It was simple to install on the iPad as well. Recommended to watch the video on installation as it makes the steps to install so easy to understand, very simple process. Wish all items I receive from Amazon came this well packaged!
