Leifheit Comfortline 4 + 1 All Purpose Grater Plastic Steel White I need to edit my review of this product: After some time due to regular use, the mandolin blade became dull and wouldn't slice thinly any more. I now use the OXO mandolin, which is excellent and is safe to use with the protective block. I still use the grater of the Leifheit gadget. Original review: I was looking for a cutter that would slice cucumber etc very thinly. I also didn't want anything expensive. This cutter is ideal being safe to use and cuts much thinner than I could with a knife. It has attachments for grating which fit neatly in the body of the cutter. The whole thing is easy to assemble and dishwasher safe. It's also flat enough that it takes very little cupboard space. Another good quality product from Leifheit.

Mit Ausnahme des V-förmigen Tomatenmessers nutzen wir die verschiedenen Einsätze regelmäßig. Das verstellbare Schneidemesser wurde bislang am Allerhäufigsten eingesetzt und hat sich für das Schneiden von Scheiben (z.B. Gurken, Radiesschen) bewährt. Der Restehalter ist Gold wert, da man beim Hobeln von kleinen Stücken (z.B. Radiesschen) Verletzungen der Fingerkuppen vermeidet.

Ottimo attrezzo da cucina per affettare facilmente le verdure. Attenzione la lama è molto tagliente, ma con prudenza tutto si può fare.
