Oh no, why did I get these?! They're FAR too good! These may be the best cookies I've had. They're just perfect in every way! Normally the cookie part on a sandwich cookie is just there to contain the filling, but the cookies on these would be excellent on their own. They have such a great texture, and enough fat to actually taste good.I shouldn't unleash this on the world, but oh well. These cookies are as good as Ritzellas. What's a Ritzella, you ask? It's a sandwich cookie made of two Ritz crackers with Nutella between them. I got my wife hooked on them and I think her way of getting back at me was to introduce me to these lemon ginger cookies!

After these lemon-ginger treats disappeared from the shelves of the markets I inhabit I simply ordered a whole bunch, wrapped 'em and put them under the tree for my wife. She loves them and should give the review. Maybe she will after she licks the frosting from her fingers and dusts the crumbs from her blouse. Until then, call them great.

Great flavor, great texture, good with my coffee or alone. I’m wishing the local stores carried them, so I could pick them up when out shopping. The internet is the only place I find these cookies, now.

The cookies, themselves, are delicious and merit a 5-star rating. The ginger is not overwhelming and the lemon has a nice balance of tart and sweet.However, Amazon's shipping methods leave much to be desired. I've ordered these cookies twice and have not been impressed.The boxes of cookies come packaged in the manufacturer's case. For the first order, the case was tossed into an Amazon shipping box that was 3 - 4 times its size and without any padding. So the cookies were free to jostle around within the shipping box. The result: the first two cookies on either end of every box were absolutely pulverized. My second order included other items, so this time there was some padding. However, I watched in dismay as the package delivery person slapped the box onto my porch & then slid it like an air hockey puck to my door. There are 2 steps to my porch, 2 to my door and the package wasn't heavy. No excuse. This time, the padding helped mitigate some of the damage - 1 cookie on either end of each package was pulverized.Amazon's price beats my grocery store's sale price. But if I'm getting crumbs instead of cookies, it may be worth paying those few extra pennies just to get actual cookies.

Am ashamed to say I finished a whole 4 boxes in like a week .. 😂it’s a shame they don’t sell them anymore at your nearby stores . The only thing is the packaging is different

I finished every box within, about, 2 weeks of receiving them. I’ve loved these cookies for so long. It’s a shame I can’t find them in store anymore.

These cookies would’ve been good if I didn’t receive a stale box. At first I thought maybe that’s how they’re supposed to taste but then my 13 year old had one and immediately stated that they were stale. Also the further I got in the box, the more stale they were. I’m just upset that I actually thought this is what they were suppose to taste like and my 13 year old had to tell me they’re stale and ask me why was I eating stale cookies. So I just told him they’re “organic” and that’s what how they were to taste. He didn’t buy it and read the reviews which confirmed that these were actually stale, so now he’s making fun of me.

These are fastly becoming my favorite cookies. Why? Great texture of filling, crunchiness of cookie and perfect lemony taste. Plus, these petite snacks are great for both Summer and Winter.Try the cookies, thank me later! Cheers!!!
