Works great. Easy to install. We have well water and now we have Better water quality in the entire home. Should have done this years ago. Worth the price.

The system works well, had some issues with the ballist, Mike was very helpful and once we got that sorted out it's been fine.

Purchased for a small, 2 bathroom home on a well. Install was complicated by our own inexperience (they do recommend hiring a plumber, so 100% our fault). We had a problem with a cracked piece, but customer service replaced it and answered our questions. Mike was fantastic to deal with! We noticed an immediate improvement in our water. The peace of mind from safer water is undeniable- we are so happy with this purchase.

I bought the system to help clean up our well water. It did do the job, I have to say. My issue is with the warranty. After spending over $500 for the system, my ballast went bad in under a year. I contacted customer support to find out the the ballast and bulb are not covered under the warranty, that leaves a metal tube as the only thing covered. I feel this is horrible support for a system that you are providing. If you can't cover a simple ballast under warranty, it concerns me about the quality of your product. Now, I, your consumer, has to fork out another $60 to get it operable again and who knows for how long. Shameful.

Had system installed after 2 well samples came back positive. Chose to have it professionally installed & it looks & performs great! Latest sample came back clean. Well worth the money. Completely satisfied.

Had to remove both sediment and carbon filter assemblies because all 4 threaded fittings leaked .complete garbage !the 2 blue canisters are setting In my garage because they're complete junk..
