Brilliant! I would say they’re more at the firm end of the spectrum than medium and are very thick, so you only need 2 of them. Good value too.When you receive them, you take them out the pack and must wait about 24 hours for them to fully take shape… but it’s totally worth it.

They arrived in a very compact parcel.I opened & left them to raise up.They are of good quality & so comfortable.Very pleased with them.

Very comfy pillows

Very pleased with the item, once unpacked left it a couple of day to fully expand, lovely comfortable pillow had good night’s sleep so far.

The cushions arrive tightly rolled up in a sausage which maybe causes clumping of the filling - they are very flat when first unrolled and take about two hours to expand enough to be called a pillow. I was expecting medium firm pillows (which indeed is the case), but the lumpy uneven filling makes them more of a bolster than a pillow. I think i would need a soft ordinary pillow on top to sleep upright . As a stand alone they dont feel comfy enough to be pillows however i needed them to support my arm beside me after a frozen shoulder so will be ok for that.It is a real shame about the filling because the covers are beautifully made with good zips all round . The cushions come in two separate cylindrical bags and not as pictured unrolled. If you want them to help you sit up to sleep or as arm supports they will be fine but they are likely to give you a crick in your neck as a lie down pillow.

I bought these pillows as my wife and I were continually having neck pain when we woke up. I searched around for a suitable pillow and came across these. They are supportive and since using them our necks pains have subsided. I couldn't believe the price of them as they are a premium pillow. From time to time you do need to press then into shape but really that's not an issue as they really do keep their shape.

I genuinely do not know how I've managed all my life without this bamboo pillow. I cannot sleep with just one pillow - depending on the thickness or fluffyness of the pillow usually needing a minimum of 2 but that all changed with this pillow.This is now the only pillow I use for sleep - it's comfortable, cool and I have found my sleep is much better with it. I paired them up with silk pillowcases and it's a winning combo. Definitely won't go back to normal pillows and cases! Highly recommended - just make sure you follow the instructions when unpacking as it arrived very flat - I fluffed it up as per the instructions and left it for the recommended time and they turned out perfect. I was amazed as I didn't think they would fill out, but they did! Will be purchasing again for spares!
