I have been taking this for a couple of months now, almost daily. I mix it with warm water, it goes down easier that way; and follow with a glass or two more in the morning. I feel differences in my body that I'm beginning to attribute to taking this. I eat less and I'm not starving between breakfast and lunch. I am noticeably calmer, at least I'm aware of it and I have been sleeping better. I have not suffered any side effects or discomfort from taking this at all. I will keep it as part of my daily regimen.

A great product. It helps us relax and sleep! Our stamina is fine, too. It arrived rapidly and in good condition. We have had your bulk powder, and this is more convenient for me. My husband cannot take pills, so I empty his into his drinks, and it tastes fine.

Unfortunately, I found this supplement did not help me at all. I didn't want to give a lower star, for I had noticed others have had good results. I bought it because it was organic with no fillers.

Description says 1500 mgs. Bottle says 1000. Big difference. On my third bottle before I noticed. Two stars for lying, not for product quality.

i do notice this works very well. when i first started taking this product i noticed immediate results; i was able to recollect short term memory reminders very quickly. however, i've noticed that ability has wavered off; I'm not sure if my body has gotten used to taking it or what but, after about a month i don't notice the same results.

Well, I found an article about Ashwagandha in a medical journal. I read that it has many wonderful medicinal purposes. My dad passed away from Alzheimer three years ago and my mom just developed it. She could not sleep, talk, walk. She has diabetes 2 and severe arthritis. Well, I started giving her ashwagandha in combination with B12, D, Turmeric, Ubiquinol and lipo with Carnitine. She is doing a lot better, she can recognize everyone, her glucose has come down and her arthritis has stopped hurting. I know,​ there are a lot of people like me whose parents are really sick. Everyone needs to know about it. I hope, this is able to help someone somewhere. Don't forget a good diet is extremely important. Note: We don't use the power because we noticed the pills work better.

I used the product over a couple of weeks with breaks in between. I did not feel any of the published benefits but it made me feel sick every time I took it. I read about the same side effect on Amazon before I ordered it but the review must have been removed.

I only use organic products and after trying many others, I like this one the best. I use ashwagandha to help prevent cancer and for a restful night sleep. I highly recommend it.
