Excellent holster
I must say this holster is a dream. It does take a little time to break it in. I recommend putting the pistol in and taking it out many times in a row and just using it a lot before actually using it. Leave your gun in it a few days too just to break it in properly.Overall it's a good nice fit for me. It's perfect for conceal carry. It is meant to go on your belt but you can also clip it on to your pants and it won't pull off once you've broken it in. I don't conceal carry but it's nice to have in case I ever have to.One complaint I had was with the seller. It took almost a month to receive this holster. I don't know if that was a fluke but I got worried there for a while.

Very good for the price
first things first. everyone is correct it is tight. it requires some force to pull my glock 22c out of the holster. That being said I don't find that to be a problem and unlike others experience the holster DOES NOT ride up on my pants. I like that it holds my firearm secure. very very secure. In an adrenaline packed situation where I may feel the need to draw my weapon it wont be a problem getting it out. definitely do as others have said and break it in. mine started to loosen up after 20-30 draws. its always a good idea to wear a new firearm and get use to drawing it, aiming down the sights at inanimate objects in the house. This will both get you comfortable with your firearm and help to loosen up the holster at the same time. Its very comfortable (I find paddle holsters always are by design more comfortable than other designs) and holds my g22c very stable on my hip. it doesn't seem to abrade the slide as all the friction points on the holster seem to contact the polymer frame. I am not sure how I feel about that. on the up side it wont abrade the finish on the slide (only time will tell for sure) on the downside it will abrade the frame for sure. Its cheaper to refinish the slide. The price cant be beat i got mine for less than $20 shipped and it seems sturdy enough. I saw some reviews say their XD fit better than the glock it was designed for...... My XD 45 wont even go into it I didn't try the XDS.I don't need to both came with their own retention holsters (neither of them actually go in them I prefer soft holsters to protect the finish).all and all I will keep it and use it. I like the retention it has. I couldn't really find anything terribly wrong with it

Not bad, but-
I bought the holster for concealed carry and when I got it I realized it was a pain in the ass to draw from, but figured it would loosen up with use and I was right, I can draw from it now 20 times more comfortably than initially. Just need to get it loosened up with ware. I would feel good recommending it to others. That being said, the Blackhawk! Safari is better for the same price and I have decided to make the switch because it is pretty much impossible to have someone wrestle the gun from you unless they already know to release the button, and it has a much smoother fluid feel to the draw.

Excellent Fit for Glock 19
This is my second Fobus paddle holster. Bought the first for my Kimber 45, this one for my Glock 19. This one fits the Glock perfectly and is a lot easier to draw than the 1911 version, which requires a very serious tug, causing many purchasers to tweek the holster for easier draw. No problem on the Glock. The trigger guard lock is just the right tightness level. Good secure fit, but easy draw. Where I live, I do not hike without carrying one of my "bear spray" devices, and I want to be able to pull it out in the event of an emergency.Good product, good price, and good service. I'm a happy Amazon customer.

Way too tight for a Glock
If you want to stand there in front of your friends and family, trying like a damned fool trying to pull your Glock out of this holster while you try not to accidentally get your finger on the trigger and shoot your foot off while your pants hike up to your armpits and everyone sees the details of your package because the crotch of your pants has hiked so high it has given you a painful cameltoe, then, by all means buy this holster for your Glock. If that idiotic and embarrassing ritual seems like something to be avoided, look elsewhere. Well made, otherwise.

Doesn't fit my Gen 4 Glock 19
I own the Fobus holster for my M&P 9 and it works great. I ran the Front Sight 4-day Defensive Handgun Course with it and fell in love with it. I got one for my generation 4 Glock 19 and expected the same results but was disappointed. The fit is absolutely horrible. With a little pressure the gun would slide into the holster but pulling it out was nearly impossible. I tried breaking it in by drawing and reholstering over and over again and I even tried heating it up and stretching it out by holstering my firearm placed inside a sock. This helped a little but didn't fix the problem entirely so I just sent it back. Although I'm a big fan of Fobus holsters, I wouldn't recommend this if you own a Gen 4.

Great holster
I use this holster for my Gen 4 Glock 19. As far as paddle holsters go this is one of the best I've used. Very comfortable and lightweight for a full days carry. I feel comfortable that my gun is secure and that its not coming out of the holster unless I want it to. As with a lot of paddle holsters it can be a little difficult to conceal without printing but it can be done. Also excellent for open carry.I'd recommend this.

Just Works
I thought twice about this purchase based on other reviews and I'm glad I made the purchase. My Glock 19 fits perfectly in this holster, and is held very securely. The paddle fits securely on jeans with or without a belt.A lot of reviews mention an issue with how tight this is in the holster. My experience is that it will always come out with a quick pull straight up. Any angle other than straight up will not work. A slow pull doesn't work well as it twists the holster and makes it hard to pull straight up. Get a natural grip, keep your trigger finger aligned with the frame so you don't drop it on the trigger, give it a firm "jerk" and it comes out.The construction seems solid - we'll see how the rivets hold up over time. Overall, good value for the money.
