Cutting Edge Adjustment Method:
After a number of cutting, the blade is consumed and will be can't cut. When defect is cut,
it is nessary to adjust the position of the blade.
1.Use the flathhead screwdriver unscrew the screw blade, the blade rotation to a blade.
(Press the blade's side or front endwith a cotton swab, push the blade outward, so it is easy to rotate the blade.)
After rotating, please tighten tne blade and fix the screw.

Reference: Appropriate tightening torque, about 0.98Nm(10kgf.cm)

When changing to the edge position(rotating to the edge), do not rotate the blade directly with the hand.
Do not use metal tools(tweezers,etc.) to turn the blade. If a metal tool is used, the blade can be damaged.
Please be careful not to tigthen the blade, or it may damaged the screw.
2.Try to cut off 1 or 2 fiber and make use of the screen of the welding machine to confirm the cutting end of the fiber.
If the end face of the fiber is bad, please adjust the height of the blade.
Blade High Adjustment Method:
1.If the cutting knife with a fiber collecting, need to take off the box.
2.Unscrewing the fixed screws and screwing the screws on the fixed blade.
3.The automaticpencil core or wooden rod is placed on the optical fiber clamp block, and the edge is moved before
and after the edge and the edge is rotated to adjust the screw. The height of the blade and the height of the lead or a
wooden stick are at the point of reference(0um).
