Great for teething, tooth brushing, & learning other pre feeding skills, like moving tongue around. Not sure about the little circle meant to prevent choking. It seems to be a choking hazard in itself because it is separate from the brush.

It works great as a teething tool but not toothbrush.

These r grate fits my baby small mouth perfect it’s not too small or too big and it grate for teething also my baby love it.
