The 25 lbs. vest is well designed and made of high quality material with double stitched seems for durability. It's well thought out shape with securing clips combined with the perfectly balanced sand/weight over the entire vest makes wearing very comfortable/supportive as the vest rests on your shoulders, evenly distributing the weight over your chest, shoulders and lats. I have used the vest on a dozen workouts since purchase and find the fit excellent and enjoy the added stress it adds to my workouts. As for cleaning, laying it open faced on a table outdoors to allow the sun to dry it out works great and finished off with a spray of Lysol to keep it sanitized does the trick. One recommendation to the manufacturer would be to add a carry handle/loop sewn on the back of the vest for ease in grabbing and carrying. It is a great product and will assuredly help improve your workouts and overall conditioning. Semper Fi Update 26 Sep 2020: Found a another perfect use for this great item. Wear it while cutting and edging your grass. There's a lot of walking involved and the extra weight will help you burn more calories while doing your honey-do lists. ;)

This is a GREAT vest for working out, just one slight caution for potential buyers. The positives: - Well made. Appears very durable. - Material is very comfortable. Kind of like Nylon/Neoprene. - Weight distribution is excellent. The weight is evenly distributed in front, back, and along the shoulders. - The design of this vest is great. It almost shouldn't be called a "vest". Provides COMPLETE range of motion and least body coverage of any vest I have seen on the market or have tried on. This design allows complete versatility for use in a workout, allows your body to breath and minimizes sweat accumulation. - Customer service is excellent. See below. - I read other reviews that mentioned the smell. While it does smell a bit when the box is received, I just let the vest sit out for a day and the smell was gone. - The price is right! Even though you can't really add or subtract weight to the vest, if you know how many pounds you want to use, you can buy two of these for the same price as competitor vests that have adjustable weights! The ONLY drawback - While there are different weight options, there is only one size option. I am about 5'8" and relatively slim - chest is about 39". Even with the 2 buckles tightened as much as possible, the vest moves around on me. I was looking for a SNUG fit for running and working out (doing a Murph, etc.), and the vest just bounces around a bit too much for me. Very disappointed, but only because everything else about this vest is AWESOME. If you're a size 40 or more chest, this vest is perfect. Having said that, the company's customer service is GREAT. Responded within a day and took care of me no questions asked. I really appreciate that.

After doing a lot of research and reading many reviews (good and bad), I decided to take a chance with this one. In particular, the 20lb vest, so it contains both the iron sand and pellets, I believe. The product itself is amazing. It is exactly what I needed for my bodyweight training. I am happy to say that this product neither hurts my back, knees, or whatever. I generally do pull-ups, jump squats, lunges, and even run with it, so if this is what you are thinking of doing, this vest will do the trick. The filling is well distributed. I have done a lot of things with it and found it to be extremely versatile. One of my favorite things about this is that it is not bulky like those that look like bulletproof vests, so you can definitely stay nimble and just enjoy the higher intensity of your training. I did have a slight issue, which was fixed in the end: As soon as I opened the product, I placed it on a white table, so it was even more visible when I noticed that some of the filling was sprinkling out. Mind you, at this rate, it would take many, many months for it to be useless. However, I decided to write to customer support to let them know of the issue and if this was normal at the beginning. It took their customer service to get back to me in less than 2 days, which is amazing. Ms. Rachel C. from their support section reached out by email and made this experience truly worth mentioning. Letting her know that I am currently stationed overseas, it would be difficult to send the item back and if there was anything else I could do. Rachel replied once more, and very quickly, too, letting me know that they were simply going to send a replacement vest. Needless to say, I was blown away by their care for their customer satisfaction. Well done, Aduro team.

I have been using this vest since 2019 and have experienced its pros and cons in its entirety. I primarily use this in my home gym doing weighted pullups. Pros: - simple fitting vest - fits snug with good quality build - very beneficial to workouts Cons: - The fabric can be easily torn - expensive compared to alternative I bought this for $50 in 2019 and it is now $84. Despite the repairs I have done to the fabric it is a solid five star vest but lowered to four stars due to price.

Ya había comprado el de 2.5 kgs, ahora compré el de 9kgs para incrementar resistencia y fuerza. Muy buena calidad y el peso perfecto para mi, sólo siento que para mujeres está muy grande (circunferencia) aún ajustando las correas, debería correr mas para apretarlo y no ande bailando el chaleco.
