Q: Is it 1 pack or 24 packs?! Judging from all the angry reviews, this is obviously a fraud account and amazon should be held accountable. What a shame.

DON’T ORDER THIS!!! I took a chance and just received the order yesterday. It was 1 package for $35.28, instead of 24 which is what the ad says! I will give credit to Amazon customer service, they refunded the amount that I paid and I kept the one package that I actually received.

Q: Why does it say gluten free under features when it clearly says it has wheat?

Come Amazon/Seller, fix this description as it's not gluten free and could kill somebody.

Q: If you make bearnaise sauce from scratch and it gets just a little too hot, it separates. Does this Knorr mix have that problem?

The Knorr Bearnaise sauce does not “break” like it would, if you made it homemade and got it to hot ? It’s good stuff I’ve been using it for years👍🏼

No, it has not been solved. I did a "chat" with the Amazon rep and was informed that he would have a credit applied to my account. So far, 3 weeks later, no credit to my account nor shipment of the remaining 23 packets. I can't say I'm impressed with either solution.
