Body by Design: An Anatomy and Physiology of the Human Body

Of course this book is coming from a Creation perspective because, whether you like it or not, we all came from God's design. It's only through His wisdom are we able to understand the human body and it's makeup. You cannot read this book hoping for an evolutionary explanation - remember that evolution is just a theory anyway!Case in point, you will get to know your own body, in an out, when you begin to experience God's original design. Otherwise you're trying to understand such books as these through your own human understanding and it just can't be understood that way.I hope that more people get to read this book, and they are utterly over amazed with the God who made them ✨

Body by Design is a great overview of the human body from a decidedly creationist point of view. I'm a creationist and wanted to learn how our body works without the unnecessary Darwinian evolution interferring with the observational science. I was only somewhat impressed with the book. It covers alot of topics but simply wasn't very interesting to read. But that is just my opinion. I'm sure it was a challenge for the author to cover all the aspects of our body while also making it interesting for all age levels. Regardless, you will learn about the intriciate design our Creator made for us, so I do recommend the book.

I hope my nephew liked it. I never heard anything further. Ha ha ha!! He wants to be a doctor, so I thought it would be a good gift.

A readable text on the wonder of our creation.

I got these for my son based on a homeschool moms review of it. I love it as well ! great pictures in the book, detailed, and thorough information.

We are using this book as a home school science book. Happy with it so far. It's better, though, for my older kids, too detailed for my 6-year-old; and we love to read aloud as a family. Recommended for older kids.
