I'm on TRT and have been using a similar product that's a little more expensive. This product is buy far better. I've been taking it a few weeks now and I can definitely feel it working. My mood is better now and my reps in the gym have been improving since taking it.

This works but works too well for me. I have been using DIM for over a year and started at 100mg, then 250mg and now on this at 300mg. It has done a great job at regulating my hormones. However this one the detox is too much for me. I am assuming that what I am feeling is similar to how menopause feels. I feel like crap and the hot flashes are unbearable. I'm sure this would all go away if I continue but I just have too much going on to be able to ride it out right now. I feel this is a good product but it's not right for me at this time. It is normal to feel like crap when you start DIM or increase your dose. If you feel these things ride it out if you can. DIM has been a great addition to my life.
