KeterOutdoor Storage Box & Patio Shed Enclosure, Outside Bin with Ventilation, Grey

This is our second storage shed in this design. Our other shed was much easier to put together. This is more involved, but I think it's more solid as a result. We did have some parts mislabeled, but that was easy enough to sort out looking at the instructions and the parts list. I took off one star for ease of assembly as a result. I was able to put this together by myself with no issues. Is very sturdy and roomy. We had torrential rain the evening after I assembled it and the interior was dry as a bone the next morning. Very pleased with this purchase.

I'm a bit annoyed by some of the negative reviews. I almost didn't buy this because of them. This shed is a little more difficult to put together than some others in a similar price category, but that's because it's BETTER, MORE STURDY, and HIGHER QUALITY in design. I had a similar vinyl one i kept at the beach and it didn't survive the winter. This one was a little more time-consuming to put together but is so so much better. To be clear, the instructions were PERFECT. Everything was in perfect condition. I think if you have trouble with manual assembly, than there are easier ones on the market, but i found the instructions VERY clear and were exactly correct. The shed took me probably 2 hours to assemble and it is really nice. Don't listen to the negative reviews here. If you are at-all competent in assembly, this shed is a great purchase, especially at the price.

The thing arrived with two parts broken and one piece missing and the box flaps open — likely the fault of UPS’s gentle handing and Keter’s not sealing the boxes as well as they could with straps for a kit in a huge box weighing how much?!? (Smooth move, Keter.)Didn’t want to return the thing since Amazon wouldn’t exchange it for me and raised the price over $100, and I wasn’t about to pay more for something I already owned just for three pieces!I was able to put it together, and yeah, it’s a cool shedling. Tried to contact Keter to see if they could help out with replacement parts, and they couldn’t even get back to me after more than a month!!! I kept getting Case numbers, but zero response from anyone at Keter, so if customer care and service is important to you, know that this company can’t even spare a moment to tell me to eff off, let alone offer me a way to get the parts replaced or kvetch or whatever, so don’t expect any help, guidance, or advice from a human if you need anything.It looks sturdy and feels sturdy, but I wouldn’t expect it to withstand any substantial force; it feels like it could be easily busted by a good high school or college linebacker at halfspeed, even when all the screws are in, but then again, resin is as resin does.It’s pretty and functional, and the price I originally paid was cool, so I’m not unhappy with my shed, but the company? BOOOOO. And Amazon for their jacking up the price and playing dumb when I asked them for help? BOOOOO. And UPS for leaving my box all banged up with flaps all akimbo? BOOOOOO.If you can keep the thing safe from being subjected to any force greater than a Chevy Aveo or Ford Fiesta or SmartCar from tapping it at idle, it’s not a bad shed-lette.

First of all I'll start by stating the condition of the box-TERRIBLE!!! The UPS driver brought us to his truck because the box was not together, not taped, falling apart, (surprisingly ALL the parts were there, and only one piece was broken)parts sliding out of the box, etc. he wanted to make sure we would accept it. I am surprised it made it to our house it was such a mess. The directions are not 100% clear, we have assembled many products over the years, and are quite handy, and this needed our prior knowledge for this kind of product. It didn't take too long to assemble, but it helped with one of us reading the directions and the other doing assembly. The design could be made a little stronger, someone in an earlier review mentioned that they reinforced it in a few places, great idea I wish we did it, but I forgot until it was all together. It will serve it's purpose for us. We are going to store patio chairs and cushions in it, they fit great, and the price was right.
