Amba RSWH-B Hardwired Radiant Square Towel Warmer, Brushed Finish

Received this very quickly and opened package to discover that all the mounting hardware and paperwork was not included. Quick call and company had replacements to me in time for the installers. Looks great, nice big, quality-feeling light up switch on bottom and it heats up quick! Now to enjoy as soon as the remodel is complete.

This is our second heated towel bar as we moved and had to leave our old ones behind. I will say it is warmer than our last one but I’d still like one warmer if that’s possible. This was extremely easy to install and we’ve been using it for 3 months with no issues. We leave ours on all the time.

I received an used item. I can’t believe this. The pictures don’t show how bad it looks. You can clearly see this is been used, not only installed but used for certain time, the cover is scratched, burn, dirty. This is unacceptable!

The towel rack is actually very good,but buyers BEWARE all of the additional potential costs during installation and operation. We ended up having to add a dedicated circuit to the bathroom for this towel rack which resulted in higher contractor and installation costs. Additionally, the rack draws 150W which translates to about $20 extra each month in electrical bills for us (we live in California). We ended up buying an outlet timer for $14 Century smart digital countdown timer with repeat function All in all, I would have skipped buying this if I had known before hand the assoticated costs of installing and running this thing. It works great but in my opinion it's not worth it.

Manufactured and assembled out of square, so if less than adequate annoys you this isn't your product. It does heat and works fine for drying your wet towels.

Good quality, design is very nice, easy to install. will recommend if you like to have dry and warm towel...

Have only used this product twice now but it seems to do what it's intended for quite well. My frustration with it is that it doesn't have a timed automatic shut off. Aside from this it has a nice appearance and warms my towels.

Love it! Works very well, clean lines and easily holds two large bath towels. Electrician installed for us so can’t comment on how difficult it was.

Great quality, so it should be for the price. Heats up very hot pretty quickly. The reason I can't give it five stars is the size is a bit awkward. The towels overlap quite a bit and I feel like I have fairly standardized bath towels. I tried every which way and couldn't seem to make it fit very well.
