When I uploaded my picture, Amazon informed me that my pixel rate would be too low. I was okay with that and I clicked okay anyways. When they printed the poster off, they didn't like the quality of the large poster I ordered. It looked fine to me considering the original was a meme that I stole from Facebook. But they were not happy with the end result and they gave it to me for free. Then they printed the same poster in a smaller format that looked a little better and charged me the lower price for the smaller poster. So I got the small poster and the big poster for the price of the small poster. These guys are alright! Not very often these days does customer service start before the customer even sees his product instead of after!

The picture quality and detail on these posters is amazing! Better than I thought they would be! I thought these would be made of that thin “poster paper” but they actually use a thick, good quality photo paper with a Matte finish. I had trouble finding these photos in the 18x24 size. I could only find the standard 24x36 posters online through other vendors and those were too big for me. So I decided to give this company a shot and have these posters custom made to the size I wanted and I’m so glad that I did! Great customer service, fast shipping, and fast response time when I emailed them asking a question. I’m super satisfied with these I would definitely recommend to others and buy again in the future!

I stopped doing reviews a long time ago. But I'm making this one exception because the poster I received exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a picture printed on poster paper but what I received was professional, high quality art. One of my posters came out blurry probably because of the image I sent in. They took the initiative to reprint the poster, fixed the blurry image, and included it in my order - free of charge. So instead of the four I originally ordered, I received five posters. And to top it off, I received a buy 2 and get one free promotion, so basically I got 2 poster at no cost. I highly recommend this company, in fact I'm going to reorder more for my son's apartment and my mother is going to place an order. I'm super happy with this company, with their work ethics, and the quality of their product.

As a graphic designer and digital artist, I can’t stress the importance of having high-quality prints that make my work “pop” enough. Every time I place a order with EZ Prints, I know off the rip that my design is going to arrive in good shape and most importantly look amazing. Bought 1 just to see the quality and its fantastic! The picture above was taken with a 24 megapixel camera and blown up to 4x3 it still looks fantastic! Even pixel peeking I can't see the individual pixels! The next pictures will be from a 45 megapixel camera and future orders will be from a 102 megapixel camera :D Can't wait!I bought this as a christmas present and now im going to order 3 more after seeing the great quality!Note: as you can see it is not a borderless print which i was a little upset about but im not taking a star off. I should have paid closer attention to the images listed :\Thickness is that of standard photo paper so get a nice frame for it. Maybe take it to a print shop and have them laminate it for you too.

There were two posters sent to me the first one was not done correctly and it was blurry because I hadn’t requested it a certain way I guess and I had zero expectations for the second print- boy was I wrong. After emailing them and requesting a clearer print they couldn’t have been nicer . But I had such low expectations for the final reproduction image that I waited for five months to open up the second package and I just opened it up today and ***it’s STUNNING***. I guess they corrected whatever the technical problem was the first time and I couldn’t be more happy with the print. Five stars, I wish I could give it six stars, I am so happy with this I will absolutely be buying from you again , thank you *so* much, I’m going to be so happy with the finished framed product. You did an absolutely outstanding job , the customer service was bar none, it was perfect. The quality is much higher than I expected, especially for the turnaround time and the price. Thank you SO much. You are making my home decor dreams come true- and so affordably!!!

This was what I asked and alot more! I've honestly never purchased something online that has done this much customer service for a product. They enhanced the photo I chose, gave me an extra poster for free, (definitely not my taste though), and even gave instructions as how to make it look as nice as possible. I do have to say that it is quite hard to find a picture within the correct parameters to send them, but they sent it exactly as I had sized. If I ever need a poster again, I think this is my first stop.
