Easy to use but no cap
The older I get, the more hair seems to appear. Lol. Good product; worked as advertised. Wish it had a cap for traveling and to protect it when not in use.

Not The Same As Picture
This is not the Series 1000. The pictures have 2 different models. The blade cover is terrible on this new one.

Good for Nose / That's About It. Died after 5 months
This product is good on nose hair. Very easy to get all that hard to get hair trimmed down to a very short length. But..The product leaves hair too long for the ears and you need something that can get closer.Worst aspect, after 5 months, it just stopped working. I did rinse it after use most of the time. it's just a poorly designed product. Get something else.

Not the same head as on the past series 1000
The shaving head is very different from original head. The original was outstanding and worked to perfection. The newer head (double sided) does not trim hairs well at all and does NOT trim nearly as close as the original model.

Very disappointed
The cutter does not work well. The guard doesn’t let you cut close to the skin. I liked the old design better
