I can literally spoon it out of the jar it's so good. However, seeing the rating for this ghee and that it won an award last year, I thought I'd give it a try - expand my horizons. Liquid dripped out the moment I opened it and underneath it looks like it's curdled. It's probably alright for cooking and I'll use it up in casseroles, but would I buy it again - NO.
