Amazed with the quality of this product for the price paid. Humidor was packaged to a high standard and included all items required to start seasoning from day one. Follow up emails from the supplier really shows their passion for delivering a great service as well as a great product. Took my time with seasoning until I was happy with humidity control and levels. Transferred my cigars and looking forward to filling with more. Really impressed and would recommend 👌

Updated review... so this box was always top of my humidor choice. It's great looking, well priced and clearly made by a company passionate about their product. The first order unfortunately turned up without the hydration system included. It wasn't the end of the world but of course I sent it back. I can only say thank you to the guys in Canada for going well out of their way to make things right. Their products are absolutely first class and very well made. It turns out their customer service is the bench mark for all manufacturers as well. I'm a very happy client and very grateful to them. Thank you.

Been using this humidor for about 6 months now. It is brilliantly constructed and holds the humidity perfectly. Exactly what I wanted and looks great!

Product was delivered next day and was upto 70 percent humidity after just 1 days of seasoning. After my old case had failed on me and my cigars had dried out i Have had all 20 cigars in this humidor for about 1 month now and they are starting to come back to how they are ment to be. The temp and humidity readings on the case are fantastic and accurate. On first inspection I had doubts as the seal round the lid was week however the box holds perfect humidity and the humidity system which is included works like a dream and is so easy to use especially with the very detailed instructions that are included. If you are a beginner or if you're on a budget then this is the perfect humidor for you and I will definitely be recommending to friends.

10/10 for this product. New to the cigar world but this Humidor is very easy to use and maintain. Followed the instructions and it has been at a steady 72% for a good week now. Had a slight problem with the original Hygrometer but after informing the the seller a replacement was on its way to me in no time. Can't fault the product or customer service. It did not come with the hydro tray, as advertised on amazon, however the company's after sales service has been excellent and sent the hydro tray out separate. The product was bought so I could keep my cigars at the correct humidity. Only problem I have found with product is whenever I open the top of the humidor the meter at the front dislodges, however thin double sided tape on the outside of the meter where it connects with the box solves this problem, all in all a good buy.

Great quality, well finished, looks elegant and amazing in fiber mat finishing. Close very well, keeps humidity, accurate. Comes with 2 bottles of humidor solution and very clear instructions on how to prepare the boxe to get best benefits of it. This boxe stands very high and exceed all expectations for such little price. Will buy more boxes and highly recommend you to buy it and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Ich habe den Humidor im Januar 2022 gekauft und bin mit Funktion und Design sehr zufrieden. Leider gab es vor einigen Wochen ein Problem mit der Anzeige des Hygrometers. Ich habe den Hersteller kontaktiert und das Problem beschrieben. Sofort wurde mir ein neues Hygrometer kostenlos zugeschickt. Jetzt funktioniert alles wieder so wie es soll. Produkt und Hersteller sehr zu empfehlen.👍

Soy muy nuevo en el mundo de los puros y este humidor fue recomendado por un amigo. La entrega fue de acuerdo a lo planeado y traía todo lo que se mencionan en el producto. La calidad del humidor es muy buena y hasta ahora, estoy en el proceso de mantenerlo en la humedad recomendada. Es un proceso que toma días pero las guías son muy claras y es sencillo seguir los pasos, solo hay que tener paciencia. Muy recomendable!

Prior to purchasing this Case Elegance humidor, I was using a humidor with a built-in analog hygrometer. Unfortunately, the hygrometer was simply not accurate. It would show 70%, yet my cigars were bone-dry and cracking, definitely not 70%. So, I started searching for a humidor with a built-in digital hygro that was visible from outside the case. I found this Case Elegance "carbon fiber" humidor and immediately fell in love with the appearance. Of course for $67 or whatever, you're not getting real carbon fiber, but so what? It looks great, very contemporary and sleek. The humidor is also well-constructed, features a nice cedar interior and the lid closes with a magnetic seal, which is definitely confidence-inspiring. Considering the extremely affordable price, it's a great value. The seasoning process was a bit of a challenge. It's a pretty small box, so I figured one Boveda 84 pack would be enough, but it wasn't. After a week, the humidity was stuck at 50%, so I added another Boveda pack, then another, then another. Finally, with four Boveda packs, plus the included humidification device, I was able to get the humidity to 65%. This didn't seem possible and I began to suspect the built-in hygro was reading too low, so I placed a portable digital hygro inside the box and let it sit overnight. Sure enough, the following day, the built-in hygro was still reading 65, but the hygro inside the box was reading 75. At that point, I added my cigars and removed a couple of the Boveda packs. Since then, the real humidity has been pretty stable at 70 - 75%, though the built-in hygro still shows 65%. So, the good news is, the box is well-constructed, looks great, functions great and definitely retains humidity. The bad news is, the built-in hygro is not well-calibrated. I suppose it's better that it underestimates the humidity, rather than overestimating, but still, it's a bit disappointing. Here's where the story gets better though... I contacted Case Elegance and explained my problem with the hygro. I mentioned the built-in hygro was reading 8% lower than my portable hygro and while I couldn't say for sure which was correct, my cigars were very moist, so I assumed the portable hygro was correct. If the humidity was really only 65%, my cigars would not be as moist as they were. They replied almost immediately and they were extremely helpful. They offered to send me an adjustable digital hygro at no charge, along with instructions for calibrating it. Of course, I accepted the offer and it arrived a few days later. After calibrating the adjustable hygro, I was able to confirm the built-in hygro was reading too low. So while, I'd prefer to have the built-in hygro be totally accurate, I know I can just add about 8% to get the true humidity and I leave the adjustable hygro inside the box, so I can verify the true humidity whenever I open the box to grab a cigar.. Case Elegance followed up with me several times after sending the adjustable hygro and they've continued to be extremely helpful. I suggested they create a humidor featuring a built-in adjustable hygro and they seemed responsive to the idea, so we'll see what they do in the future. Considering everything was great with the humidor, except for the accuracy of the hygro and considering their amazing support, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

Llevo 1 mes con él y la verdad que va muy bien. Se ve que es de buena calidad, además El servicio de atención al cliente es muy bueno, les contacte porque al meter mis puros se bajo bastante de humedad y me respondieron muy rápido ayudándome y luego me han contactado en 2 ocasiones mas, preocupándose de como iba y demás. Lo recomiendo al 100%!! Ademas de la caja, viene con 2 botes de liquido, uno normal y otro para invierno y clima seco y un paquete de cristales!!
