Faber Castell Connector Pens, Multicolor - Pack of 50

We literally bought these because my kids (and well, my husband and I) love bluey. Curiousity got the best of us and these double as drawing tools and build able fun. 😎 Cute, but we will stick to the Legos for building.

My boys love Bluey & kept asking to recreate the "Rug Island" episode. The issue came when trying to find something to substitute for the infamous click-together markers Chili gives them that they use for all their Imaginative play in the episode. Reddit came to the rescue and someone shared this brand name - remembering them from their childhood days. I bought the larger pack for more variety. They're decent markers, but fine tipped, so not the best for filling in large spaces for coloring.

For any kids who are Bluey fans, these are the pens! My son wanted connecting pens he saw on Bluey and I had no idea what he meant. These come from Australia, and they're the real deal. He loves them!

Kids love these and use them as building toys more than pens. Great price .

Clever way to hold pencils together with the caps, but unfortunately unless you use them in coloring books with very smooth paper, the nibs destroy the paper with saturation and pilling very quickly. Color choice excited me for blending purposes.

If your kid is a Bluey fan and wants to play Rug Island, these are the pens you need. They are also good for coloring.

I bought these because my son is an avid Bluey fan, specifically the Rug Island episode. He LOVES playing with these and building different things. Great purchase!

I had been looking for some markers or sketch pens for coloring. My main requirement was: a large colour palette. This set, despite being advertised everywhere as being a kids' supply, provides a great colour collection. I couldn't find detailed reviews for these pens as an adult art supply anywhere so I decided to write one. This set of 50 has a really wide range of reds, pinks, browns and greens. However, I did come across 2-3 duplicate colours (despite the barrel colours being different). I had been led to believe that these pens are extremely streaky but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they're not. You have to be careful and light-handed to avoid streaks. Another issue I came across was that some of the pens have really rough tips that tear paper while colouring. That could be just the set that I received, but looks like a quality control issue. Still, I'm really happy with the colors and the pens. I have swatched them and indexed the colours with my own colour codes. (wouldn't have hurt it Faber-Castell did that haha) Attaching a page from my colouring book filled using these pens, along with a sketch of some flowers I doodles. Swatches are attached too.
