I am 100% happy and impressed with these lights. Colors and brightness are great. The only negative is the adhesive. When I peeled the blue backing off the strip it seems the adhesive stays on the backing instead of the LED strip. I cleaned the back side of my TV with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely. The blue backing stuck great. The LED strip… not so much. I got a roll of 3M 1/4” double sided tape and got them installed. The lights themselves are great. I will buy more for my next project.

I bought these to replace my old halogen/xenon undercabinet lights in my kitchen. We usually ran the old lights on "low" (half power), and these lights handily duplicate that brightness using RGBW values around (0,0,0,100). Going full-on warm-white-only (0,0,0,255), I'm sure we're brighter than the old halogens were, and without all the excess heat. That's not even using the available RGB lights; just the WW.I will point out that this strip is not waterproof in itself, but it's inside a clear silicone sleeve. Another strip I have has the circuitry embedded in clear silicone.I'm controlling these using an ESP8266 (WeMos D1 mini) Wi-Fi module, so we can control them from any networked device (phone, tablet, laptop, etc.) in the house. Easy to install and works great. Adhesion is only fair. I used mounting strips with diffusers for my installation. I used the dig-quad controller with WLED app on phone. Works great with these RGBW strips. I use them for Christmas lights and normal accent lighting the rest of the year. The white (W) led is very bright and uses lots less power than RGB.

The media could not be loaded. Bright and very nice colors! Installed about 1,000 pixels between 4 rolls of this tape at this restaurant andit turned out really nice! Will def. consider BFT LEds for future projects for sure!

The media could not be loaded. Nice lights. No issues other than tape but that's an easy fix. There's better tape out there and one roll will last a life time but for a product you pay for this shouldn't be required. If company wants to improve I'd suggest a stronger tape on their strips. When Hanging these upside down in a chanel the leds will fall down after a few hours and sometimes minutes. Mine were installed on a diffuser cleaned with rubbing alcohol and still had my lights fall.

Used this with diffusers to make a lighted crown molding. Works great and looks nice. All worked and no problems at all.

This LED strip is exactly what I wanted: Black PCB, no heavy silicone waterproofing, and the new SK6812 RGBW, which ROCK! Bright, and as I said, I can't believe how flawlessly it works with my iPhone. immediate response, and the search to find the lights is immediate. I guess I'm reallly speaking of the controller that I mentioned. These LEDs are to spec, and the app allows you to specify how may in the strip. The sticky backing is insufficient as usual, 3M or not. Use it with "Adhesive Cable Tie Mounts Black Zip Tie" micro if possible. EVERY PIXEL IS RGBW, unlike in the WS2812, which are RGB then W then RGB ... and the controller I mentioned has a separate brightness for the white channel. Some of the 240+ patterns apparently use the white channel, a good thing.
