I am a competitive outrigger canoe ocean paddler. I had hand surgery and my md wanted me to wear padded gloves for weight lifting in the gym and also for paddling. I picked these gloves because ppl said they are washable (ie., I can paddle in them and they won't bleed dye all over my hands) and well padded. I also saw in photos that the gloves extend a little beyond the finger joints, which is absolutely what I need, because I have a couple of joints that are still very swollen and overall my hand is super sensitive to being hit or even brushed. I thought these gloves would not be padded enough, or would cause blisters because of the fabric beyond the joints. I also worried they would not work in cold water and cold weather, to keep my hands warm enough.Well, these gloves work perfectly. They pad the joints well enough without being too bulky. They do not bleed dye. Surprisingly, they kept my hands warm even though the gloves got wet.... neoprene gloves freeze your hands when they become wet and are super slippery, but these gloves are neither cold when wet nor slippery. I could grip the paddle handle and shaft with no problems and had zero blisters or discomfort. These work so well that I will use them year round, on both hands and not just the one post surgery, both in the gym and on the water. Good price too. Additionally, I was able to use another paddling glove that I always just use for blister protection and uv light protection, under these goves. So the NRS spf 50 glove (with leather palms) fits fine under this padded glove. Finger joints take a beating paddling and it is easy to hit your hands on the canoe and cause injuries. These padded gloves will be great for preventing future injury. Wearing them over my other gloves will further help, without feeling bulky or hot or rubbing, or being distracting/uncomfortable. Triple thumbs up.

I bought these because I was in need of new lifting gloves as my old ones were going on 5 years and not working as well anymore. I almost bought the same ones as I had in the past but decided to get these and I’m so glad I did!Wrist support: the wrist support on these is my favorite part of these gloves. They go higher up on your wrist and feel great!Leather quality: the leather seems great and strong and has held up well for now.Size: I was nervous about the size because I have very small hands as a 4ft 11” female. I ordered a small and they fit perfect! They cover over my middle joint on each finger which I prefer so I don’t get calluses.Overall I love these gloves so far, they are easy to put on and take off and fit great. The quality is great and I anticipate keeping these for just as long as my old ones.

Comfortable, fits perfectly and I got a size large. Love the padded palms, which makes it easy to hold weights and do push up.

They fit well and seemed to be of good quality. They went on easy but were a little harder to get off.

I use these gloves with therapy bands. The bands were hurting my hands preventing me from maintaining the amount of time needed for resistance. The fit, grip, feel, weight, thickness is exactly what I needed, I like the Velcro and love the “strings “ in between the fingers that make it easy to pull the gloves off. I will purchase again as needed and also buy for gifts. Great product. I recommend it!!

I use them every day, and they're pretty good gloves. The two finger loops for pulling them off are especially effective. The gloves are sturdy, well-padded, and seem like they will last a while.The main issue I have with them is that the cut-out fingers stop a little too short for my fingers, which are completely average/medium. The cutouts stop at the first knuckle joint, leaving two full finger segments exposed. This is a little shorter than most fingerless gloves I've used, and it makes it a little uncomfortable/awkward to grip heavy dumbbells with them. So I'm likely to replace them for lifting. But I might try them for cycling when the weather warms up, since they really are pretty good gloves.
