Taking this to help bolster my immune system with an auto immune disorder. Waiting for recent test results, but my fatigue has gotten better, so I think this is really helping.

This is an interesting immune supplement because it contains monolaurin. It's easy to swallow and the capsules don't have a taste to them. Rather than replace other immune boosters like elderberry and reishi, I feel like this would be an effective addition to them because it has a different mechanism of action. The good thing is monolaurin also helps boost gut health as well. I've taken other supplements from Allergy Research Group so I can speak for their high quality and innovative supplements.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I just started taking these so hard to tell how effective they are just yet, but the capsules are easy to take and I trust ARG as a company. I had one break when I took it out of the container and green powder went everywhere but I'm sure that's an anomaly.
