Foam blocks.... They hold weight in all the ways you would use them. The strap is strappy and decent quality. The color looks like the pictures. 100% well done. Bravo.

I loooove these yoga blocks. They’re thicker and more supportive than the average foam blocks. I also love the price! The logo isn’t very visible, which helps with the minimalism vibe I’m going for. The strap is super long too- it will be very helpful.

Blocks are as advertised. The size and color match the description. A strap is a strap but this is made of a heavier material that I think will be very good.

These 3" blocks are a nice compliment to the standard 4" blocks most of us use. I noticed right away they are harder/firmer than other blocks I own or use at the studio I go to. They have a hard smooth finish.The fabric strap is exactly seven feet long and is relatively thick and strong.Shipped in a white plastic bag and arrived in mint condition.Recommended.

I bought these to use for stretching after my workouts. They are sturdy and comfortable. They work well. My wife even uses them to stretch/relieve her pain from pregnancy.

Good sturdy blocks, they have a ‘new block smell’ but I let them air out on porch for a few days before using so all is good. Inexpensive and they work great!

Love the color, which matches perfectly with my Lotuscrafts yoga pillows and equipment. Soft to the touch, but not slippery. Sturdy blocks and nice that the strap comes with. Have not regretted this purchase. There was a big problem with shipping though. I had to repurchase 3 times, because the first 2 got damaged and lost in transit. I was about to just give up. But luckily, the 3rd time was a charm.

The best things - they support my weight when I try to do lolasana. I found it impossible to lift myself up without them. The foam is solid yet light. Apparently it is something called EVA foam which is eco-friendly (and according to Google, child friendly). The blocks come with a strap which I am yet to use but it seems sturdy. I've just marked it down a little on price. I know you get what you pay for, and we are also in unusual times when raw materials are in shortage. I'm glad to have bought these blocks because I think they are good quality and will last - and I'm still using my IUGA mat after 2 years.
