These are all powders. The non-glitter colors are more soft/creamy then the heavy glitter ones.

Q: Can you wet this and use as an eye liner like their other eye shadows? I love that feature!

Yes it can be used wet and for a wing liner sure, haven't tried under eye.

Q: Is this considered all natural?
