AWESOME and cheap.+Plus batteries!!ComfortableBright (not for hiking everest, more for walking the dog or going up the attic/looking behind tv screens or in cable conduits)Adjustable up and down (far and near), and doesn't wear out in years.I had an energizer like this for years but a couple years back it went missing, it was one of my favourite things.This time I researched loads and although tempted by others, decided to try this (newer model) again, wasn't disappointed.Great little value head torch for DIY or dog walks or like me if you simply can't be arsed to keep switching light switches on and off everywhere in a big house at night.If you're a hardcore outdoors-er, camper or hiker etc there's more expensive options for bigger beams and rechargeable etc.They've even improved it by adding the lower light instead of the stupid red light (no idea who uses red lights).Did I say comes with batteries!?! That's a bargain, there's other ones on here same quality with no batteries for same price!I'm buying my Mum one this week as she likes it and needs one.The battery compartment is locked in properly, you have to use something like a knife or a hard thin metal pokey thing to pop it out in the tiny gaps on either side.

Great head torch. Energizer have a knack for this. It has the red and green light which I wanted plus a great white light. I want to say too many options on light selection but that’s me being picky.

So; what I expected was that the lower brightness would operate 1 LED, and the higher brightness would perhaps operate all 3.The lower brightness operates all 3 at a dimmer setting; which is OK; but maybe not as efficient as just one at a higher setting.Seems to be built well. Switch is easy to use; strap is a good quality, adjustable also and there is enough light given off. It won't come close to an LED Lenser product but it's cheap so I wouldn't expect it to!Represents some good value for money I feel; even though its from a brand. Price includes initial batteries of good brand quality.I have a big head (heh) and it fits me perfectly; and can be adjusted larger or smaller quote easily. There's nice padding where it makes contact with your head; but I can imagine that padding may get worn away after a year; but we will see.No regrets about purchase.

This works really well. It's bright, comfortable and stays in place when I'm wearing it. It has also survived being caught in heavy rain a couple of times so it does seem to be water resistant. The only down side is that there were no instructions with mine and it's not obvious how to use the various functions. Here's what I figured out by experimenting:It has separate wide and narrow beam white LEDs controlled by the right button. Tap once for both beams, twice for wide only, three times for narrow only. To adjust brightness, hold the button instead of tapping - it will start at full brightness then dim so you can release the button when it's at the right brightness. The red and green LEDs are controlled by the left button: tap once for steady red, twice for flashing red and three times for green.It's probably best to get some rechargable batteries for it and use the included batteries for something else because it will drain them in a few hours.

Fantastic headlight for the price, i've had four of these now as people keep stealing mine!! (that shows how good they are).Just easy to use, comfortable, bright, they improved the design in the last two revisions, and for the price you get batteries, it's a BARGAIN.Perfect for DIY/cabling dark areas/under desks or just walking around without using light switches/keeping hands free.OK for short walks outside, providing enough light for walking/running etc, obviously if you're thinking of hiking/camping or if you want a long beam you might want something more powerful etc of which there is many on Amazon.

Great price, very handy torch. I sometimes use it to read in bed when hubby wants to go to sleep! Good bright LED light, with adjustable headband. Would be so handy if you were looking for something in a dark cupboard or going into the loft etc or for sewing or crafts in poor light. Am going to get my daughter one for walking the dog this Winter as she lives in a country area with few streetlights.

Excellent brightness and variety of light colours and brightness. I’ve used it a good many times so far and the same batteries in it are still going strong
