It drains batteries fast
I love this machine I have the first one the hydroshot so I ordered the second one because of the double batteries and when it did come in it looks really good it feels really great strong powerful but it went through the batteries relatively quickly so if you're going to have this machine you should have extra batteries present but I do love this machine in fact the first one and the second they're great machine the batteries are little expensive but they're great machines

One of the better portable power cleaners but product page misleading
Power cleaner/washer itself seems good, better pressure than other common brands where PSI is typically 3-400. Foam cannon works with this, but a little watery due to lower PSI versus corded ones - still gets the job done. Rinse/wash capability is decent but I primarily use this to wash my car so pressure is good for my case.Negatives: The product page shows extra accessories not included with package, like the rotating tip. This unit is also a little on pricier side, but Worx I think makes one of the best portable washers.

Great value for the money!
I have 2 of these and love them. I bought a second one because we moved and the first one was left in storage, and because of the high value/low cost, it wasn't a hard decision to purchase a 2nd one to go along with my other Worx devices. Highly recommended as long as you aren't expecting HIGH output, but you should be looking at a much more robust gas powered unit for that anyway.

meh
I'm a big fan of Worx tools but I wish I had passed on this one. I knew it wouldn't be as powerful as a pressure washer but got it because it is so much easier to set up and use. But I can get the same results from a garden hose with a good nozzle. And the battery life is awful, even with the 40v. Their string trimmer, leaf blower, jaw saw? I've got them. They're great. Hydro-shot? Not so much.

Not the best nor is comfortable to use.
Bought many Worx tools in the past and most of them are reasonably good. This battery powered washer seems to be well made but very tiring to use because the spring force of the safety interlock is too strong to keep the washer activated. This makes it extremely tiring to use. Pressure was not impressive and 2 batteries exhausted very quickly, before I could finish washing one sedan. It’s not a bad tool but just wasn’t designed to be easy to use. Very disappointed with this item. 2-star rating would be proper but still want to give a 3-star because Amazon delivery was fast.

Good, little power washer, for when you don't need the full power of a pressure washer.
Lightweight, and plenty of power for most jobs that don't need more than 1000psi.At 700psi when drawing from a bucket of water, it's good enough to wash and rinse a vehicle, unless you have really caked-on mud. If hooked to a water spigot with a hose, it could possibly have enough power for tougher jobs, but where this really shines, is where there is a limited availability of water--rinse a boat after a day out on the water, before trailering it home, or giving a car a "light" wash.At 1gpm, you can clean a mid-size car with a couple of buckets full of water.Helpful during the winter months, when you don't want to hook up a water hose to rinse off the salt from your car/truck.

Weak output and heavy to hold
Very disappointed with the output of this. I was fully aware that it only put out 450psi, but an shocked at how pathetic that actually is; can't power wash mold off concrete, can't generate foam using a foam cannon attachment, can't reach more then about 3ft from end of the lance. Also, because the pump and batteries are all in one its very heavy. Holding it for more than a few minutes at a time causes your arm to ache.

So handy!
The fact it can be used with water fed either from a hose or from a bucket makes this very versatile. The battery charge lasts long enough to finish most jobs. Not as powerful as a regular pressure washer but the size makes it easy to store.
