Yes, that's right. I chew these things like candy. They have a very sweet flavor with a tiny hint of fishiness. I also like how they contain a decent level of vitamin A. I eat around 4-6 of them a day as a main source of fatty acids.I also think they might help a bit with my migraines, but I'll have to give that a bit longer to see if there is any long-term results in that department. But, as a source of Omega-3, they are cheaper and better than Krill oil. They are also not concentrated Omega-3 and have a broader spectrum of fats than other brands.Like most Kirkland Signature products, you get a high quality for the price.

These are a great deal, and even better if you can get them from Costco. But just knowing they’re from Kirkland you can trust they’re using quality ingredients offered at a reasonable price. Some of these other omega capsule brands are too good to be true, in regard to price vs quantity/quality. That’s the reason I will often go with Kirkland alternatives. I would guess these are produced by the same manufacturer that makes the costlier versions.

These fish-oil softgels are terrific! Only one softgel contains the full 1400-mg dosage. This is a fantastic value!

I used to buy Member's Mark fish oil caps (Sam's Club brand). $25 for 150 caps, 1400mg. The Kirkland brand (Costco), is $25 for 230 caps, 1400 mg. You get more for your money!! no brainer. They do the same thing, taste the same way. July 2022 comment.

I don't have a Costco in my area so I went to Amazon Prime and ordered, arrived in good condition and most important..in date. Good quality fish oil..Not crazy about fish and I believe Costco sells a good brand fish oil that I can trust. Amazon sells,I buy :)). I take for overall health benefits.
