Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have been taking the evening primrose oil liquid for years, but it's being discontinued. That's why I wanted to try the balance oil. I started taking it on June 29. My skin has improved, and the balance oil was the only change I had made.

What I saw on reviews before i buy it, it made me thinking twice. But now I want to say it came in glass bottle with very good packing and good quality.

Too much spillage when pouring. Poor bottle design.

Great product. It is a healthy blend of Omega 6 and Omega 3 and can be used in many ways. A lot better than taking those fish oil caps that reflux.

This is great for daily health. 1/2 tsp straight is what I do but most would probably like to add it to a drink or smoothie which would be very easily done. It's not super strong smelling or potent although it does have a hint of a smell which it would duh it's basically fish oil just a really good one. Easy delivery, arrived in good shape without damage. Would buy again.

This oil was recommended to me by a nutritionist who is trying to help me with an inflammatory condition. I must use 2-6 Tblsp daily. I can put it on just about any meat or salad and not even notice a difference in taste! It helps add moisture to meats that may have dried out from microwaving, and it is especially nice on fish. I really enjoy using it and hope it is doing good things inside my body!
