Leviton 5366-C 20 Amp, 125 Volt, Plug, Straight Blade, Industrial Grade, Grounding, Black-White

Seems to be of good quality even though the terminal seemd a bit loose in the 20A 120VAC receptacle of my step up/down 5KW transformer. But I think the transformer is the culprit because I plugged a regular 15A in that receptacle and it melted the plastic plug after a while. That's why I ordered this 20A. it slightly better, but I made sure it would not wiggle this time by tying the power cord so it would not bulge.

If you need a heavy duty 125 volt plug, this is the one for you. This is a no nonsense item that is easy to use and will out live whatever you have it connected to. Do pay attention in the application of this plug not to leaving any little strains of wire out of place. As with any good product, it has to be properly applied for it to work/operate as specified. I would highly recommend this product to a good friend.

Be careful: this 20 amp connection has the brass and silver connection backwards from what I would expect (like a 20 amp socket). I popped the circuit on my first attempt. I believe the horizontal/weird prong should be white/positive (although the screw is brass in color on mine). A quick swap and it works great! My shed now has real power for stuff like a table-saw.
