Gets the job done but there are better products. These just barely stick enough and they can slide around if you don't sticky them tight enough. Of course, when you sticky them tighter they rip because they're so thin and cheap. Next time I will go back to buying the Average Broz wraps from All Things Gym

While other reviews give some ups and downs about the product, I found them to be functional. Weightlifting thumb tape doesn’t have to be dense and extravagant and this tape is surely not that. The tape is however very useful.Two loose wraps down your thumb, starting from the pad and then two tight wraps up your thumb ending on the inside of your nail will give you the best protection against ripping and pulling skin. I’ve found this method gives the most stable structure (that doesn’t move up and down your thumb) to hookgrip with while being loose enough that your thumbs will not “fall asleep” from cutting off circulation with a tight wrap.A+ from an amateur weightlifter

This tape is great. I use it to protect my thumbs when doing many repetitions with the hook grip. It holds very well, is plenty pliable, and tears easy enough. I didn't notice any issues with it slipping when I began to sweat. 6 rolls for ~20 bucks is hard to beat at this time, will order again when I run out.

It stays in place through a variety of movements and adds a little bit of extra grip for the hook grip. Leaves a little adhesive on the skin after removing the tape, but it comes off easily. Not ideal for any digits other than thumbs as it is so wide, but overall I'm pretty happy with it.

Just what I expected out of a tape. I use it for any type of oly lift hook grip. Very much needed when you cycle cleans and snatches to protect your thumbs. Tape is strong doesn't slide out.

Awesome tape for oly lifting! As a regular oly lifter using rouge barbell with medium knurling, these tape don’t tear nor slip with two layers around the thumbs. Stretchy enough to adjust the tightness. Although the box came with six rolls, each roll is significantly smaller than other brands single roll. I wish there is a price per yard when compared to other brands. Still a five-star product!

Horrible thumb tape for hook grip. Constantly having the smooth the ends over mid-workout. Will not buy again and do not recommend.

I love how easy it tears and how easy it is to apply. It also stays on during oly lifts. Good tape!

Decent tape! Only better one I've used is Hook Grip. Will buy again!
