Restricting the water flow (in CA, of course)
I've had and appreciated my Culligan shower head for years, and have replaced the filters before. But when I attempted to order a new one, since a few of the tiny water dispensing holes had become clogged, I was disgusted that they can no longer be shipped to my zip code. I knew what that meant, having seen "not-deliverable to your zip code" twice before in CA on other products. I put two-and-two together, realizing there was some bureaucrat deciding for me! CA has some of the most restrictive, dictatorial control issues. Sure enuf, it comes down to the water restrictions here - which would be fine, if it weren't for the poor management year after year in CA; to not store water, sending billions of gallons of snow run-off per year out to the ocean instead of saving it.So, I thought - I will just order more filters for this one! Too bad, but the water flow through these filters has been restricted to half of what it was. I don't know, of course, whether this is just particular to filters made for CA, or whether it is this particular brand.It's still better than water contaminated and over-saturated with chlorine and chloramines, which I don't want introduced into my system through my skin.So, yes, I would rather have these filters than the other alternative. And maybe product going to other States have a different construction. I have no way of knowing.

Still powerful water flow
Love the product. Was happy that it came in a 2-pack. Very easy to install. Just open the shower head, put in the new one and close shower head. Easy peasy! Flow from the shower head is still incredibly powerful. I’m a happy customer.Add on: And by the way, don't forget to replace it as instructed. Makes a world of a difference on hair and skin.

Not made for Brita showerhead
It wasn't compatible with Brita showerhead.

filters my iron and clorine
so I have a water softener. To spite having the softener and using iron out salt my iron content is so high that if turns everything red. After buying these filters my shower is 1000% better. These filters fit properly and work well I usually only change them every 6 months. so a 2 pack a year does the job. the price I pay is more than minimal for not having to scrub iron out and clean constantly. They also contain a lot of the well smell. My mother has them to filter out chlorine in the city water works great!

Love these filters
I live in an area with hard water and I am always buying these water filters. They make such a difference in my hair and skin that it is worth rebuying these throughout the year. They are a bit difficult getting out of the shower head, but try using a towel to pull it out. Highly recommend.
