Work with the sun
I bought these for the whole family to take before we went on holiday. We took them for a month before we went to Mexico and continued taking them throughout the holiday. We all took a tan that we never have before and we all had a really good colour very deep - would certainly recommend these if your going to be going in the sun!

Took them diligently, no such thing as tanning.

They work if.....
These definitely work. I would say you need to be in the sun though, pointless taking them if your indoors all the time. An hours worth of sun and I am much browner than if I don’t take them.
