Dependable and robust
I ordered purchased this mixer to aid in mixing cementious underlayment to level out my garage floor before epoxy coating. My garage is fairly large at 850 square feet and this mixer went through the 62 bags (@ 50lb per bag) of underlayment with no issues whatsoever. The motor never heated up nor did the mixer bog down even during the initial turning of the dry underlayment in the water slurry.The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is because the power cord connects on the underside of the operating handle. That location enables it to come into contact with the rotating mixer shaft and wrap up around the shaft. However, knowing it has the potential for wrapping up, you can easily avoid it, but the design could be improved by moving the cord connection to the top side. All in all, I highly recommend this tool.
