Vegan Soy Powder, Better Than Milk Soy, Vanilla, 22.4-Ounce Canisters (Pack of 2)

We make healthier versions of smoothies or shakes with crushed ice, liquid soy milk, and fruit, peanut butter, or a mocha mixture. Adding this powdered soy milk makes them much creamier and the vanilla adds a better flavor.

The media could not be loaded.  I talk in the video about how it is confusing when the product sent is somewhat different from the product that you see on the web.I'm disappointed that the calcium content listed on the web was 30% but the calcium content listed on the package is only 6%.Another example shown in the video is the Alter Eco Ruby Red Jasmine Red which the photo shows as organic, but which is not actually certified organic.I give the product 5 stars, because I have had it before, and I think it is a good product, but I'm disappointed about the inconsistency. I bought the vanilla flavor despite the negative reviews, because the regular version was out of stock. What a disaster. The regular works beautifully as a coffee creamer, keeps forever and tastes fine. In contrast the vanilla simply does not cream the coffee. It never quite dissolves and ultimately sits as an unpleasant tasting sludge at the bottom of the cup. Fortunately the regular is now back in stock - I'll be ditching my supplies of this vanilla monstrosity. Who would have thought that a little chemical essence of vanilla could spoil a great product!

I drink a lot of Silk Vanilla Soy milk so I was very excited about this being a reasonable back up for when I run out. It was a major dissapointment.1. As other reviewers stated, it does not disolve very well unless you put it in hot water. I mixed some in hot water and then refrigerated it for a few days. It was vile and undrinkable.2. The half disolved version was only passable. Nothing I would drink again.3. It tastes sugary like a cheap powdered coffee creamer when added to coffee or tea but it is drinkable. Its only marginally better tasting in hot drinks than powdered milk only because its mostly sugar. I will continue to use it as expensive coffee creamer until it is gone rather than waste it entirely.I will not buy this again. I would not recomend it to anyone.

Goes great in our fruit smoothies. Too bad it contains Isolated Soy Protein. We put very little in our smoothies, so it is not an issue for us. We don't use it as a drink or for cereal.

i needed a powder soy milk for our plane trip for my son who has milk allergies.. this was perfect.. we use the organic costco brand when we're at home, but it wasn't until we went on a trip that i realized that the "plain" soymilk is actually sweetened and flavored with vanilla. i was hesitant to buy this for my son since it had sugar, but he absolutely refuses to drink actual plain soymilk.. this was perfect if not a little sweet.. but it was time i weaned him off of bed time milk anyway.. and the switch back to "plain" soymilk was easy.. i haven't used it myself, but the glass i prepared for him when we first got it was pretty good.. when we move, i'm sure i will purchase this product again..

This is great for camping and emergency kit! I purchased the product so I can reduce the amount of gear we bring when we go camping with the kids. The kids have not noticed or commented that they are drinking powdered milk. Great for storing. I don't need to bring an extra cooler just to keep the milk cold.

Pleasant but not overpowering vanilla flavor, dissolves well in coffee, which is our most frequent use for this product. Also good on breakfast cereal. This has been a staple in our kitchen for years.
