I definitely think the marketing surrounding Garcinia Cambogia is misleading. These supplements do not help with weight loss whatsoever, and truly that’s not their function. Their function, if taken in a quantity of minimally 1200 mg, is to inhibit feeling hunger. Of course intermittent fasting does lead to weight loss, and fat loss, but the effect Garcinia Cambogia has is not one for losing weight but impeding feeling hungry, and again only if you take enough of it on an empty stomach does it seem to work. Anything less than 1200 mg, for me, doesn’t do the trick, and if I want to take a Garcinia Cambogia supplement I want to purchase it organic because I know it’s the real deal. Quickly then it can become expensive if you take three of them on an empty stomach at least once a day. In general Himalaya Organic products are amazing, especially because their herbs are designed to work with the natural energy of the body, which is in part what Ayurveda is all about.

Definitely work, I took them before I got married and I was down 15 pounds in a few months time. You have to stay on them though. They don't work in a day, about the 2nd or 3rd day I start to "feel them". It's weird, but it's almost like it has to get into your system and then get back out or something.. because I felt like I still had taken them when I'd run out and I was off them a day. After about a day or two you can tell they aren't working, so watch your eating! You will crave more, but since you've been eating less you get fuller sooner, so they can work for you if you have self control and can maintain your healthy eating. I would take them after I have my baby, but I'm gonna be breast feeding.. but I will be ordering them again once I'm not!

I don't like that I have to take 2x day after a meal..I prefer the ones you have to take once a day before or with a meal. I thought those were the ones I chose. Pay more attention next time.

I was hesitant to try this but it really does work. I’ve noticed a huge change in my appetite. I don’t have the urge to constantly snack throughout the day. I also like that it’s organic. I agree with one of the previous posts, it does take 3-4 days to kick in. It’s been about a week and I’ve lost 2lbs.

I don’t know about the product, but the packaging arrived completely broken, which is very dangerous. I don’t even risk taking the pills because there might be glass shards. I’ll have to throw it away, and it was money wasted. I would like a refund.

They are working for me I could tell on the first day I took them. I ate breakfast that morning took my supplement and didn’t feel the need to eat anything else until around 6pm.

Have been using this product for a week and have lost about 2. 5kgs. Now lets see if its consistent or not. As of now completely satisfied with the product. Also it has helped my digestive system, feels light and no bloating. Only downside is I keep getting hungry fast. But have learned to control it.
