Incorrect listing, these are 3,500W 240V SP10869KL
Do not buy unless you want 3,500W elements instead of the 2,000W elements they purport to be.These are incorrectly sold as Rheem/Protech model SP10869GL 240V 2,000W elements, but what arrives are relabeled SP10869KL 240V 3,500W elements. A sticker on front gets the model number right, but an Amazon sticker on the back misidentifies these as the 2,000W version described in the product listing.

NOT 2000 watt elements! They are 3500 watt!
Seller clearly advertised these as 2000 watt LWD elements, and the package markings show the same. At 240 volts, these should pull around 8.33 amps of current when energized. The ones I received are pulling 14.75 amps, which coincidentally is just what we would expect from a 3500 watt heater element.Beware, these are not as marked. They are run of the mill 3500 watt elements being sold at an outrageous markup price because they are supposedly 2000 watt elements. Shame on you, seller!
