I have been using this item now for about 5 or 6 months. I am on subscribe and save as I want to continue using it. I have a problem with weak paper thin nails that just won't grow. I wanted to give this product a try. I also use Hard as Nails polish. Even though my nails are still very thin and peeling, I have noticed I need to file them more often. So I do think this stuff works.Don't expect overnight results. I think I was on my 2nd shipment before I noticed a difference. I took off 1 star for taste. I am used to it now but was not a fan of the taste. As for mixing into water, do not mix into cold water or you will get small beads of powder that don't dissolve. I put a small amount of warm water in a glass, then add the powder and stir well. Then add your cold water and ice.

Bought for my Malibu loaded tea instead of Herbalife. At first it’s not a noticeable taste. But after theee or 4 sips the aftertaste will make you nauseous. I’m not hard to please with flavor and that’s fine with this. It’s making yourself drink more. I wasted 4 teas and after eliminating each ingredient it was definitely this that made it bad. Sucks, bc price is amazing.

I should have never stopped taking this, I have it back on subscribe and save. I took a break from it because I was silly enough to think that it wasn’t doing much after taking it for a full year, my hair was fuller and falling less, my nails, skin and energy were doing perfect. I regret stopping it, but I’ve been using it again for a week and I already notice my bald area on my head is getting full again. I’m not joking, Sillica has been known to aid in hair growth, so that along with Biotin is a power house. The price is great on Amazon. Sprouts wants $45 for the same amount. Also another thing, I drink it at night and I mix it in my protein drink shaker just with water. The taste is 😊 good.

Content is half the container. The scoop is huge so only 20 servings. The taste is horrible but it isn’t good either. Probably keep looking for something better but will finish this one first.
