Guide Gear Men's Ankle Fit Insulated Rubber Boots, 1,600-gram, Realtree Edge, 9D (Medium)

This boot is a good fitting boot, it’s snug at the ankles to help prevent the boot from sliding around as you walk. The boot is built well and with 1600 grain of thinsulate the boot isn’t ridiculously heavy, similar boots with this construction and this much insulation tend to be extra heavy and cost 3x as much. At this time I can’t really comment on the level of warmth because it’s still fairly warm her in NJ, for me the real test will be when we get some snow on the ground. I don’t doubt these boots will keep your feet warm if your on the move, it’s sitting still in my treestand that will truly test the warmth of this boots.

Boots were warm and durable and held great traction in the mountains of PA. The tops of the boot by the calf are a little bulky, but tucked under a pant leg or bibs fits just fine. I highly recommend for the price.
