Awesome Product

Getting my bounce back
Back in my hay day, when I was a high school baller, I use to be able to dunk at 5’9 due to various workouts. Now that I am 33, I lost that ability to jump. I am in shape, and still athletic but just not the same when I was younger. I use this product for 3 days straight doing my homemade workouts and notice the difference immediately. I had a little more explosion when I jumped. So the more consistent you are, the better the outcome. The only thing I dislike is the band doesn’t fit around your waist properly. I am a size 36 waist and it barely… I mean barely wraps around. Other then that… it is a good product in my opinion.

Jumping Improved!!!
I have a daughter that loves volleyball. I wanted to encourage her so I bought this product. Leg strengthening works! I opened the package and I could fill the resistance bands. She wears them and practices with the belt and bands on.I would like to see the bands be a little adjustable. That would be a nice feature to add. But at this point this product does include that option.

I am medium size and medium build. had the other cheaper one on 60lb. Saw good reviews on this brand, so bought this 120lb to try.This one definitely stronger in design. Have wider adjustment range for different waist size and ankle size. The cord is shorter than the other brand I had. So feel the strength better from the beginning of squatting.Come in nice box. Carrying bag is definitely a plus. I had too many small equipments scattering on the floor.Just see how long it will hold. Will update
