The Awakened Aura: Experiencing the Evolution of Your Energy Body Paperback – November 8, 2011

I bought this book because I wanted to learn about auras and hopefully be able to interpret what I see. As I read along, I began to learn what the different auric fields are, what each of them mean, how to interpret the characteristics of each, etc. I am almost finished reading the book for the first time and there is a huge reveal that brings together comments made throughout the book. Our evolution and what we are headed for is something I have heard vaguely mentioned several times over the last couple of years but this is a storyline on that evolution. It’s kind of breathtaking. This will become one of just a few books that I reference and read over and over. I have integrated certain exercises into my daily spiritual practice. And this is just after the first reading. Lots of underlines and sticky notes marking places in the book. I highly recommend this book for any intuitive.

I am a Reiki healer. While I don't "see" colors of peoples auras or anything Kala Ambrose puts it all in a nice little book :) Its not overly complicated and technical which is nice. She goes over meanings of colors, energies of the seasons and how to appreciate them and also includes mild ancient wisdom pieces here and there.Its a nice read, and doesn't go "way out there". Good for Energy Healers :)

Kala is very informative on the subject of auras and how to heal/expand your vision on each layer. This book was very pleasant and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this.

Covered a lot of topics & basic informatiom about auras. Exercises & meditations were simple & brief. However, author did not go in depth about techniques involving spiritual connection. I would describe it as Auras 101

This book is the perfect tool to understand, explore and eventually restore the Aura. Kala Ambrose is a magnificent writer and teaches with sensitivity and method all the numerous aspects of the Auric field.It is definitely an awakening book I would recommend to anybody!!

I've followed the author's podcast for some time and was interested to order this particular book, Ms. Ambrose did a very good job keeping my attention and educating me at the same time. Definitely a book I'll hold on to,
