Outdoor Research Women's Verglas Gaiters

Kept my feet and legs dry. I have large calves and these fit very well, I would definitely recommend. The color is so fun, and it makes them easier to find when digging through my sea of black gear! Very well made and worth every penny, I expect to have these for the rest of my life.

Very well-designed, well-made. They are easy to use, fit great, and do an excellent job at keeping out snow.

I purchased my OR Crocos more than 25 years ago. At the time, they were VERY expensive (to me). But, I still have them and use them several times every winter for snowshoeing. So, when it came time to get my wife gaiters, there was only one brand I trusted, OR. Unlike many other upper end outdoor gear manufactures who sold out by making cheaper 'consumer' versions of their products (you know your brand is headed in the wrong direction when you can buy it in membership warehouse stores). OR has not. They continue to make solid, outdoor gear for serious outdoor enthusiasts! So why only 4 stars and not 5? Because these OR Verglas are not the same quality as OR Crocos. They are good, very good, just not Crocos-good. P.S. The only reason I purchased Verglas and not Crocos is because my wife wanted purple and Crocos don't come in purple. Whatever you do, spend the extra and buy OR gaiters - any model. Yes, they are that much better than other brands!

Bought these for a hiking trip across northern England in May. They kept me dry and were easy to put on and take off. Lightweight. I ordered a medium and they fit me fine, but I don't have thick calves--if you do, then order a larger size.

Waterproof and great fit! Velcro is a little tough to get on right, but once on they stay in place. Hiked about ten hours with them with no issue.

These things are simply the only option for women’s gaiters. They do the job and hold up really well. Mine are still in good shape structurally after 5 years of hard frequent use. They do get to a point where they just can’t be rewaterproofed anymore. We’ll worth the investment and I’ll replace them with another pair of the same.

I have had several brands of gaters, but always men's. Was looking for better fitting women's. If you actually use them for hunting, get the largest size. I am medium build and short 5' 2"... But I wear heavy overalls or other types of hunting gear so the Large fit perfect over larger pants and boots. The quality is great and I like every feature compared to others I have owned. I do heavy hiking through tough terrain, water, snow, mud, thorns, you name it. These are great at half the price of the other models but get the job done.

Good quality and like the design. However I had to return them as they were too big for my calves. I ordered the small and had pulled it as far as it can go to tighten around my calves but the clip wouldn’t stay in place. I have really small calves. These will be a better fit for those with larger claves.

These gaiters kept out 100% of moisture in very wet long grass. The stirrup/under boot part stayed in place. I bought the large size to accommodate my heavy duty boots. Gaiters come to just below knew level and are well made and comfortable.

Did a lot of research before buying these gaiters. I was a little concerned as I bought large and have short legs, but they are quite adjustable at the top so will not fall down. I also have good strong calves, so they fit nicely around them and the underlying pant material nicely.Love the colour. Very light and excellent quality. Perfect for wet winter hiking. I have also purchased the shorter summer versions of OR gaiters. No more wet pant legs. YIPPEE!!!!
