OrOlam Turnip Puple Top Seeds Vegetable Garden Micro Greens Food Plot (15 Lbs)

This is the first year I will be planting some small remote food plots. I have purchased a few no till/throw and grow seed mixes that are to be planted in the late March to mid-April in my area. I thought I would try some turnips to add to the mix. These OrOlam seeds seemed cheap so I added them to my order. This could have been a mistake. The bag came with zero instructions for planting, NONE. I checked the OrOlam website and can not even find these turnip seeds for sale. A search on turnip on the website produces NO hits. So there is NO product support that I can find. The bag with a lot number states it was tested 05/18; nearly two years ago. There is a method to email the OrOlam co. on the website but no field to ask questions, just your contact info is accepted. There is a phone number to call which I will try tomorrow. I am not holding my breath. There is plenty of internet info on planting food plot turnips but it seems turnips are not planted until July or later in my area. So by then my seeds will be over two years old.The two no till seed mixes I bought from different companies had specific planting instructions on the bags as well as very good internet support for their products. I made the poor assumption that OrOlam would have similar packaging and support.

Greens came up fast, but they appear to have a fungus - Anthracnose. Not sure if they came in the seeds, but the turnips in the yard that we grew from store bought seeds don't have it.

Easily germinated when i planted it in NE NC. Deer seem to love it.

I definitely think I planted them too late but they seem to be sprouting fairly well.
