I'm giving 5stars because of the thought and effort put into this product. The packaging is simply A grade. The frames are of a very nice colour with a good finish, just as seen in the photos. They are very light weight so it would easy to just stick them up instead of drilling nails into the walls. Will update soon once they go up!

1. Rick look. Border "looks" metallic and heavy (whereas it is made of very light wood).2. Light weight.3. Sticks easily with tack it glue + command plastic decor clip. No need to drill holes (especially if wall has wallpaper or designer paints). Takes time to put the clips though.4. No danger of glass breaking.5. Do-it-yourself guide along.When I read critical reviews, I was skeptical of light-wood and plexiglass (we wanted wood and glass), but we anyways gave it a try. But now, I think one should buy light weight frames only. This product is a delight and hassle-free to our amazement.

1.The frame quality is not of wood, thickness is not 20mm.2.The quality and toughness of glass seems of plastic3.Plastic hooks were not provided4.White paper mount board was not provided for all small frames5. The customer care number mentioned on the product(not amazon customer care) was not proactive person. They simply said, return the product to Amazon. After that the number was not reachable.
